The steps to follow to personalize your tickets with your design: Simply explain your project to us, and we will do our best to make it match your vision.
1) Prepare your files.
Ideally: one file for the front. Accepted formats: png, jpg, pdf, eps - Quality: at least 300 dpi, ideally 500 dpi. Please provide additional information if necessary in the message accompanying your graphic elements.
2) Send us your elements
Send us an email to contact@cartaloto.net, specifying the product in question and attach your files to your email
3) Validation and production
You will receive a free mock-up by email. You confirm the mock-up, and your order goes into the production.
Stay available; we may need to contact you during the production phase (for example, if your file is incorrect or if we need clarification on your project).
